Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez is reportedly closing in on a transfer to Manchester United this summer.
The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, with United, Chelsea and Liverpool all interested in the Spain international.
According to AS, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have won the race for Saul's signature and the midfielder is set to complete his move to Old Trafford within the next week.
A number of Premier League clubs are believed to have been offered the chance to sign Saul on loan, though the report states that a permanent transfer has been agreed between the Red Devils and Atletico.
The 26-year-old has fallen out of favour under head coach Diego Simeone and the La Liga champions are willing to let the midfielder leave following the arrival of Rodrigo De Paul from Udinese.
Saul has made 339 appearances across all competitions for Atletico, scoring 43 goals and providing 20 assists.
