Report: Manchester United to miss out on Paul Pogba

Manchester United will reportedly miss out on Paul Pogba amid reports that the Frenchman will extend his Juventus contract.

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba is reportedly poised to extend his contract with the Italian giants amid speculation linking him with a return to Manchester United.

The Premier League champions have been heavily linked with a big-money move for their former youth product, who they lost on a free transfer in 2012.

However, according to The Mirror, the Frenchman is on the verge of penning an extension to his existing deal, which will see the 20-year-old have his salary tripled by the Bianconeri in a bid to stave off interest from other clubs.

Pogba has scored six times in 23 appearances for Antonio Conte's men this season as Juve chase a third-straight title in Serie A.
