Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak, linked with a clutch of rival teams, has committed his future to the club by signing a new four-year deal.
The Slovenia international is considered one of the best goalkeepers in the world, backed by the stats that show he has kept 86 clean sheets and conceded 88 goals across 148 La Liga appearances.
Manchester United were strongly linked with Oblak last summer and were expected to make a fresh approach in the coming months should David de Gea move on.
If they wish to sign the 26-year-old, though, they will now have to trigger his £104m release clause.
"I'm very happy to have signed a contract extension and to be here," Oblak said. "I'm going to defend these colours to the best of my abilities and continue working hard."
Oblak has started all 32 of Atleti's La Liga matches this season.
