Manchester United manager David Moyes has refused to deny or confirm that the club have made a third bid for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
The Premier League champions have so far been unsuccessful in their attempts to sign the former Arsenal captain, who is said to be keen on staying at Camp Nou.
"I can't really say anything about that," Sky Sports News quotes Moyes as saying. "We will sign some players before the end of the window.
"And these are the champions of England. They are a good squad and I look forward to going in to the new season with them."
Reports have claimed that United are ready to launch a bid for Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini if they fail to lure Fabregas to Old Trafford.
