A report claims that Manchester United are preparing a £22m offer for Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Manchester United manager David Moyes is reportedly preparing a £22m offer for Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

The Premier League champions remain in the hunt for Cesc Fabregas, but Barcelona's unwillingness to sell has forced United to switch their focus elsewhere, according to Goal.com.

The Belgian, who joined Everton from Standard Liege in 2008, has a £22m release clause in his contract, but it is believed that the clause will increase on August 1.

Fellaini was spotted dining at Rio Ferdinand's Rosso restaurant in Manchester over the weekend.
