Man United make contact over Ivan Perisic deal?

Manchester United have reportedly contacted Inter Milan to discuss a possible deal for Ivan Perisic.

The Croatia international is back with Inter after spending the 2019-20 campaign on loan with Bayern Munich but is allegedly not in the plans of Antonio Conte moving forward.

United continue to be linked with Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho, but the Red Devils are said to be weighing up alternatives as they prepare for the possibility of missing out on the England international.

According to Fussballtransfers, United have contacted Inter to discuss Perisic, who could arrive at Old Trafford before the summer transfer window closes for business.

The 31-year-old scored eight times and contributed 10 assists in 35 appearances for treble-winning Bayern during the 2019-20 campaign.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will open their 2020-21 Premier League season at home to Crystal Palace on Saturday night.
