Manchester United have confirmed the departure of Angel di Maria to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Argentina international arrived at Old Trafford from Real Madrid 12 months ago for a British-record fee of £59.7m.
However, despite making a bright start to life in the Premier League with three goals in his first five appearances, injuries and a loss of form saw him fall out of favour with United manager Louis van Gaal during the second half of the season.
While on international duty over the summer, the 27-year-old insisted that he intended to return to United for a second campaign.
However, following interest over the last few weeks from PSG, who missed out on the midfielder's signature last summer due to Financial Fair Play restrictions, it grew increasingly likely that he was bound for the French capital.
Di Maria has spent the last two days in Qatar undergoing a medical ahead of his switch, which has now been ratified by both clubs.
