Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong has reportedly flown to London amid links with Manchester United and Chelsea.
The Dutchman has been the centre of transfer speculation throughout the summer, with Erik ten Hag keen to reunite with his former Ajax player.
While Manchester United agreed a deal with Barcelona, De Jong has been reluctant to leave the Catalan giants due to an issue over deferred wages.
Chelsea have also joined the race to sign the Netherlands international and are believed to have reached an agreement on a fee in the region of £63m.
According to The Sun, the 25-year-old is flying to England after being pictured at an airport where a plane was scheduled to travel to London ahead of a potential move to Chelsea.
Although De Jong started the season with Barcelona, he has had to settle for only one start in the club's opening three league games.
Chelsea have made a number of additions this summer, including Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly and Marc Cucurella, but they are believed to be still looking to strengthen their side before the transfer window closes.
