Real Betis are reportedly nearing an agreement with Manchester United over a loan deal for Antony.
The 24-year-old has only managed one goal in 13 appearances for the Red Devils during the 2024-25 campaign, while he has just 12 goals and five assists in 95 outings in all competitions since his arrival from Ajax.
Antony was a half-time substitute against Southampton in the Premier League on Thursday night, and his attitude and application has impressed Ruben Amorim since his arrival as head coach.
However, there has been a host of talk surrounding an exit for the Brazil international this month, and according to the Daily Mail, Real Betis are now close to signing Antony on loan for the second half of the campaign.
The report claims that 'progressive talks' over a deal took place on Saturday, and the deal is likely to be confirmed in the near future, with the Red Devils prepared to cover a part of his salary, which is in the region of £200,000 a week.
Real Betis will also allegedly have the chance to sign him on a permanent basis at the end of the campaign.

Real Betis 'nearing loan agreement for Antony'
Olympiacos have also been heavily linked with the Brazilian this month, but it is understood that Antony made it clear that he was not interested in moving to the Greek outfit.
A switch to La Liga to play for Real Betis, who are managed by Manuel Pellegrini, is said to be appealing for Antony, though, with the forward expected to be confirmed as their latest signing imminently.
Erik ten Hag pushed for Man United to sign Antony from Ajax in 2022 due to the forward's strong form in Dutch football.
However, he has been unable to transfer that in the Premier League, with the attacker consistently putting in underwhelming performances, and it is thought to be unlikely that he will play for the club again.

Will Rashford, Garnacho leave Man United this month?
Marcus Rashford continues to be heavily linked with a move away from Man United, and he is expected to depart in the near future, with Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona seemingly in a straight fight for his signature.
AC Milan had, at one stage, been the favourites for Rashford, but the Italian outfit are instead believed to be concentrating on a move for Manchester City defender Kyle Walker.
Alejandro Garnacho is another to be linked with a departure, with Napoli and Chelsea both thought to be in the running.
Napoli have allegedly placed an improved offer on the table for the Argentina international, having seen their initial bid knocked back, but Man United are not actively looking to sell the youngster.
While Antony and Rashford are set to move on, it does appear that Garnacho will be staying at Old Trafford unless a club presents an offer which the 20-time English champions simply cannot turn down.
