Man United's Angel di Maria 'to complete move to Paris Saint-Germain today'

Angel di Maria will reportedly finalise a £45.9m move to Paris Saint-Germain from Manchester United today.

Angel di Maria is reportedly expected to finalise a move to Paris Saint-Germain from Manchester United today.

The Argentina international has been heavily linked with a switch to the Ligue 1 giants for some time following a disappointing debut season for United.

The 27-year-old moved to Old Trafford from Real Madrid last year for a British record fee of £59.7m, and started just 20 Premier League games, scoring three goals.

According to The Independent, Di Maria will travel to PSG's pre-season training base in New Jersey to complete a transfer, which is expected to cost the French champions £45.9m.

Rumours of the Argentine's move intensified when he missed the flight scheduled to take him to his United teammates in the US at the weekend.

PSG are due to face United in a friendly in Chicago, but Di Maria is not expected to feature.
