Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has reportedly emerged as a summer transfer target for Chelsea.
Over the weekend, Chelsea confirmed that Maurizio Sarri had agreed to become the club's new head coach, and that was quickly followed by the arrival of Napoli midfielder Jorginho.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Chelsea are still looking to strengthen their midfield and may make an approach for Milinkovic-Savic.
Real Madrid have already been linked with a big-money offer for the Serbia international, who has previously attracted interest from Manchester United.
However, an overhaul is expected at Stamford Bridge and the Blues may be willing to add the Serbia international to their list of central midfielders ahead of the new campaign.
Any deal could potentially be funded by player sales, with Thibaut Courtois, Willian, Eden Hazard, Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud all being linked with a possible move away from the West Londoners.
