Chelsea have reportedly opened discussions with Barcelona over the possibility of Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech joining the Spanish giants.
Werner and Ziyech have only made eight Premier League starts between them this season, and they have been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, specifically Manchester United's interest in Werner.
Barcelona are experiencing change after Ronald Koeman departed Camp Nou, for Xavi to return to the club as manager and he is believed to be keen to bolster his squad next summer.
The Mirror reports that Barca officials first spoke to Chelsea about potential transfers in October, and now those discussions have continued with Werner and Ziyech being centre focus.
A deal for Ziyech to depart West London is reportedly the most likely outcome at this moment, but a transfer for Werner is also not being ruled out.
The Moroccan international has featured 52 times for Chelsea, while Werner has 15 goals in 64 appearances for the Blues.
