Jude Bellingham reluctant to leave Birmingham City?

Manchester United and Wolverhampton Wanderers target Jude Bellingham is reluctant to leave his current club Birmingham City, according to the report.

Manchester United target Jude Bellingham is reportedly reluctant to leave his current club Birmingham City in the coming months.

The 16-year-old has broken into the Blues' first team this season under Pep Clotet, making 24 appearances and scoring four goals, the last of which came in their 1-1 draw with Cardiff City last weekend.

United and Wolverhampton Wanderers were both thought to be interested in snapping up the midfielder, but The Athletic reports that he is unsure whether either club represents a sensible career move at this stage.

Bellingham, who is yet to sign his first professional contract, is believed to feel that joining either of the Premier League clubs would see him seconded to their youth teams, which would mark a step down from the regular Championship football he is getting at the moment.

It is also unclear whether either club would be prepared to meet the £25m valuation slapped on the prodigious youngster by Birmingham.
