Rhodri Giggs to play for Sierra Leone?

Sierra Leone are reportedly considering calling up the 35-year-old brother of Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs.

The brother of Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs could represent Sierra Leone at international level.

Wales-born Rhodri Giggs qualifies to play for the West African nation through his grandfather, who hails from the former British colony.

According to The Mirror, Sierra Leone are considering approaching the 35-year-old, who is believed to be open to the idea of playing for Leone Stars.

Sierra Leone have never qualified for a World Cup and their last appearance at an Africa Cup of Nations came in 1996.
