Manchester United defender Jonny Evans has admitted that his team's defence need to cut out the simple errors if they are to make progress in the Champions League.
Evans scored as United came back from 2-0 down to beat Braga 3-2 at Old Trafford, but the 24-year-old was quick to admit that his side had not defended well enough.
Evans told ITV Sport: "It's poor from us as a team, to let teams get crosses in.
"Simple things like not talking to each other will cost us against bigger teams."
Manchester United's victory over Braga maintained their perfect record in Group H.
