Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov has complimented Sir Alex Ferguson's treatment of the Red Devils squad, despite losing a regular spot in the first team.
The Bulgarian has dropped down the rankings of strikers, with Wayne Rooney, Javier Hernandez and Danny Welbeck all getting the nod before the 30-year-old.
"The way he treats players is unbelievable," Berbatov told MUTV.
"Even when not playing or you're injured, he's still speaking with you and encouraging. He makes you feel special and lets you know your place in the team."
Berbatov has been linked with a move to Turkish club Galatasaray.
