Premier League gameweek 8 predictions including Manchester City vs. Liverpool

Sports Mole Editor Barney Corkhill and Football Editor Matt Law give their predictions for Premier League gameweek eight, including Manchester City vs. Liverpool.

The top two from the last two seasons face off in the headline fixture of gameweek eight as Manchester City welcome leaders and champions Liverpool to the Etihad Stadium.

The Reds could be knocked off top spot before that, though, with a clutch of teams - including in-form Southampton, Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur - in action before them.

There is also an intriguing contest between high-flying Everton and out-of-form Manchester United, while Burnley, Sheffield United and West Bromwich Albion will all once again attempt to pick up their first win of the season.
