Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane said that Erling Braut Haaland is a "good" player when questioned on the Borussia Dortmund striker during a press conference on Friday.
Los Blancos are thought to be in the market for a long-term Karim Benzema replacement and have allegedly identified Haaland as a possible target.
The 20-year-old has been in excellent form for Dortmund since arriving during the January transfer window, scoring 21 times in 23 appearances in all competitions.
The Norway international can allegedly leave Dortmund for €75m (£68m) in the summer of 2022, and Zidane revealed that he admired the youngster when questioned ahead of Saturday's clash with Cadiz.
"Haaland is not my player, but he is good. What can I say?" Zidane told reporters.
The centre-forward is also said to be a target for Manchester City and Juventus with BVB seemingly facing a serious battle to retain his services on a long-term basis.
