Napoli are interested in signing Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko should they need to replace Edinson Cavani, according to reports.

Napoli have been linked with a move for Edin Dzeko should Edinson Cavani leave the club.

Paris Saint-Germain are understood to be close to a deal for the Uruguayan striker, who scored 38 goals in 43 games for the Serie A side last season.

Napoli manager Rafael Benitez has the Manchester City striker and Fiorentina's Steven Jovetic on his radar as potential replacements for Cavani, The Sun reports.

Napoli are believed to be seeking a £54m transfer fee for the 26-year-old.
