Napoli are reportedly willing to sell Kalidou Koulibaly to Manchester City during the summer transfer window.
The Senegal international has forged a reputation as one of the world's best centre-backs during his time with Napoli, where he has amassed 10 goals from 246 appearances across all competitions since 2014.
Koulibaly has been tipped to move to Man City in time for the 2020-21 campaign, although Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has affirmed that the defender will only be allowed to leave for the right price.
Nevertheless, Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport claims that if Koulibaly does seek an exit from Napoli, the Serie A giants are hoping to wrap up a deal with Man City sooner rather than later.
The report claims that the 29-year-old is already anticipating a move to the Etihad for the new season, but it is not known whether or not Man City have formally submitted a bid yet.
Pep Guardiola has already bolstered his backline with the signing of Nathan Ake from Bournemouth, while winger Ferran Torres has recently arrived from Valencia.
