West Ham United youngster Reece Oxford has reportedly emerged as a possible transfer target for Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund.
Oxford has been regarded as one of the top prospects in English football for some time, but the 19-year-old has not been provided with regular opportunities in the first team at the Hammers.
Borussia Monchengladbach have been frequently linked with a move for the player after a loan spell last season, but according to The Sun, City and Dortmund are ready to provide competition for his signature.
The report claims that scouts from the two European giants were present at a recent Under-23s fixture and were left suitably impressed by Oxford's performance.
The academy graduate still has just over two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract, but West Ham could be open to a sale should any interested club be willing to spend big on the defensive-minded player.
Oxford has made just 17 senior outings for West Ham since making his debut in the summer of 2015.
