Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott will reportedly see out the final six months of his contract at the club before moving on a free transfer in June.
The centre-back has been the reported subject of interest from Turkish side Besiktas, as well as Tottenham Hotspur, but the former England international will remain at the Etihad for the remainder of the campaign, according to The Mirror.
He is thought to still harbour hopes of a World Cup place, but with City fighting on four fronts this season, they are keen to keep the left-footed defender until the season's end.
Lescott moved to City from Everton in 2009 for around £24m.
