Manchester City have reportedly decided to allow Jack Harrison to sign a season-long loan deal with Leeds United.
Harrison joined City in January and spent the second half of the last campaign at Middlesbrough, but made just four substitute appearances in the Championship.
The 21-year-old has impressed during City's pre-season tour of the United States, but according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, City are happy to send the Englishman back out on loan.
The report suggests that discussions have already been held between Pep Guardiola and Marcelo Bielsa regarding the development of the England Under-21 international.
Leeds are beginning to act in the transfer market, with defender Barry Douglas being signed from Wolverhampton Wanderers over the weekend and Patrick Bamford expected to make the switch from Middlesbrough.
