Former AC Milan favourite Zlatan Ibrahimovic says that he is happy with the club's capture of Mario Balotelli.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed that both he and Thiago Silva are "happy" for their former club AC Milan following the capture of Mario Balotelli.

The Manchester City striker is due in Milan tomorrow to finalise a move to the San Siro.

"I am happy for Milan and for Balotelli," Football Italia quotes the Swede as saying. "I can only speak highly and say positive things on both the player and the club.

"Thiago Silva and I are happy that things are going well for Milan."

Ibrahimov and Silva left the Rossoneri to join Paris Saint-Germain for a combined £56m fee.
