Manchester City to play in Women's International Champions Cup

Manchester City will compete in the Women's International Champions Cup in the United States this summer.

Manchester City will feature in the Women's International Champions Cup in the United States this summer.

The Citizens will compete against Paris Saint-Germain and the North Carolina Courage in the tournament, as part of their US tour in July.

The competition will follow their trip to Oregon, where the team will be taking part in a training camp with young players from the US Elite Clubs National League.

"I can't wait to visit the US with Manchester City," club captain Steph Houghton told reporters.

"I've previously competed in America at the SheBelieves Cup and am always humbled by the incredible support of the fans out there.

"To have the chance to visit the US with Man City and meet all of our fans is something I know the whole team is looking forward to."

The fixtures will take place from July 27 to July 29 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
