Mauricio Pochettino: 'No official talk over Liverpool's Adam Lallana interest'

Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino claims that there has been no official talk regarding Liverpool's reported interest in Adam Lallana.

Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that he has not been spoken to about any official move from Liverpool for captain Adam Lallana.

Reports emerged last night claiming that the Reds are keen to wrap up a deal for Lallana before the World Cup begins on June 12.

When asked about the reports, Pochettino said in Friday's press conference: "I'm pretty sure I have the same information that [the media] have. The club has not spoken to me officially about anything."

Lallana is expected to be included in Roy Hodgson's Three Lions squad, which is announced on Monday, one day after the final round of Premier League fixtures.
