Liverpool are reportedly determined to keep midfielder Thiago Alcantara amid interest from the Turkish Super Lig.
The Reds overhauled their midfield during the summer transfer window, bringing in Dominik Szoboszlai, Alexis Mac Allister, Wataru Endo and Ryan Gravenberch following a number of departures.
Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, James Milner, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all left the club, while there were rumours of a possible exit for Thiago.
The 32-year-old reportedly rejected a number of approaches from the Saudi Pro League, indicating his desire to remain at Anfield.
While the English transfer market closed for business on September 1, the Turkish window remains open until Friday's deadline.

As a result, there has still been uncertainty surrounding Thiago's future, with Trabzonspor believed to be showing an interest.
The Turkish Super Lig side recently signed Nicolas Pepe on a free transfer from Arsenal, and they are seemingly keen to recruit another player from the Premier League.
However, according to Football Insider, Liverpool have no intention of selling the Spanish midfielder to Trabzonspor ahead of Friday's cut-off.
While Jurgen Klopp is keen to retain Thiago's services, the Spaniard's long-term future at the Merseyside club is far from secure.

Thiago, who arrived from Bayern Munich in September 2020, has entered the final 12 months of his Liverpool contract.
The former Barcelona man is currently focused on his recovery from a hip injury which has kept him sidelined since April.
He is closing in on a return to action but is not expected to feature in Saturday's Premier League meeting with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
During his three years as a Liverpool player, the Spaniard has made a total of 97 competitive appearances, contributing three goals and six assists.
