Lille centre-forward Moussa Sow admits that he would jump at the chance to join Liverpool.

Lille striker Moussa Sow has revealed that he would jump at the chance to play for Liverpool.

The 25-year-old, who was the leading goalscorer in Ligue 1 last season, is a reported transfer target for the Reds and Tottenham Hotspur.

"I am at Lille now but as we all know I want to play in England one day," he told Sky Sports News.

"Liverpool, well, that is a dream club. Anyone would be happy, scoring goals in front of the Kop can be the highlight of a career."

Reports this morning have claimed that Sow could join Liverpool as part of a deal that would see Joe Cole join the French champions on a permanent basis.
