In-demand Ajax skipper Matthijs de Ligt has rejected suggestions that he has already agreed to sign for Spanish champions Barcelona.
The 19-year-old is believed to have a pick of at least five of Europe's elite clubs to join this summer, having been the subject of interest from Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, Liverpool and Barca.
Barcelona are the side to have been most strongly associated with the Netherlands international, and reports in Spain last month suggested that a deal was on the brink of being struck.
Speaking during Ajax's Eredivisie title celebrations at the weekend, however, De Ligt insisted that he is still unsure where his future lies.
"I don't know yet," he is quoted as saying by The Mirror. "There have been conversations, but there is still no agreement."
De Ligt's teammate Frenkie de Jong is already on his way to Barcelona, meanwhile, and there could also be big-money deals involving David Neres and Hakim Ziyech following Ajax's incredible run to the Champions League semi-finals.
