Besiktas have made an official approach to Liverpool over a deal for Belgian goalkeeper Simon Mignolet, according to a report.
The 30-year-old slipped below Loris Karius in the pecking order last season and is now considered third choice at Anfield following the arrival of Alisson Becker.
Liverpool are prepared to offload Mignolet to free up some space, with Sky Sports News suggesting that a move to Besiktas appears to be on the cards.
After selling Fabri to Fulham for £5m last week, the Turkish giants are supposedly willing to offer more than double that amount to land Mignolet.
The report indicates that talks between the clubs are now underway and Besiktas's offer will be considered.
