Team News: One change for Everton in Merseyside derby against Liverpool

Everton make one change to their starting XI ahead of Monday night's Premier League Merseyside derby against Liverpool as Ramiro Funes Mori replaces Phil Jagielka.

Everton have made one change to their starting XI ahead of Monday night's Premier League Merseyside derby against Liverpool.

Toffees captain Phil Jagielka is not involved as he is serving a one-match suspension following his red card against Arsenal, so Ramiro Funes Mori takes his place in defence.

Jurgen Klopp, meanwhile, has named an unchanged side from their 3-0 win over Middlesbrough on Wednesday night.

Simon Mignolet keeps his place in goal, while Joel Matip has failed to return from injury, but Daniel Sturridge returns to the bench.

Everton: Stekelenburg, Coleman, Funes Mori, Williams, Baines, Gueye, McCarthy, Lennon, Barkley, Valencia, Lukaku
Subs: Joel, Mirallas, Cleverley, Barry, Calvert-Lewin, Holgate, Kenny

Liverpool: Mignolet, Clyne, Lovren, Klavan, Milner, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Lallana, Firmino, Mane, Origi
Subs: Karius, Moreno, Lucas, Can, Alexander, Woodburn, Sturridge
