Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has dedicated the goal that he scored during his side's 2-1 win over Stoke City earlier this afternoon to Bolton Wanderers midfielder Fabrice Muamba.
Former England youth international Muamba is currently battling for his life at London Chest Hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest during his side's FA Cup tie at Tottenham Hotspur last night.
Suarez has devoted his strike and Liverpool's victory to the 23-year-old, urging him to "keep fighting" for his life.
"I want to dedicate to Muamba the goal and the FA Cup semifinals qualification. Keep fighting buddy, don't give up!," Suarez wrote on Twitter.
An update on Muamba's condition may be made later this evening.
