Former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp has urged the club to give manager Brendan Rodgers time to achieve success.
The ex-England star warned the Reds that they will struggle to compete at the top level if they continue to change coaches so frequently.
"I do feel that this guy will get the time, Brendan," Redknapp told talkSPORT. "I do feel that the club will support him.
"They can't keep sacking managers and paying off every manager that comes in. They're not all bad managers. Roy Hodgson has gone on to manage England.
"They've got to stick by a manager and give him a chance to produce the performances and get the team that he wants."
Rodgers, who joined Anfield from Swansea City, is Liverpool's fourth manager since 2010, following Hodgson, Kenny Dalglish and Rafa Benitez.
