Frazier Campbell has reportedly visited Leicester City ahead of his proposed move to the newly-promoted Premier League side.
The Foxes have triggered the striker's £800,000 release clause, but Cardiff manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has expressed his desire to keep hold of the forward.
Wales Online reports that the 26-year-old is visiting the team and will meet with manager Nigel Pearson in Leicester this weekend to discuss personal terms with the club.
Campbell, who joined Cardiff from Sunderland in 2013, scored six goals in the Premier League last season.
