Half-Time Report: Level between Blackburn Rovers, Leicester City

It's level at the break between Blackburn Rovers and Leicester City as Matt Kilgallon cancels out Jamie Vardy's 20th-minute opener.

It's all square at half time in the Championship clash between Blackburn Rovers and Leicester City at Ewood Park.

Leicester took the lead in the 20th minute when, after Paul Robinson saved from David Nugent, Ritchie de Laet fed a ball across the middle for Jamie Vardy to slot home.

The home side responded and could have been level within a minute but Kaspar Schmeichel was on hand to keep an effort from Jordan Rhodes out from close range.

The Foxes could have doubled their advantage when Riyad Mahrez raided down the left and his ball into the box was turned just over the bar by Vardy.

Blackburn found an equaliser just before the break when Matt Kilgallon headed home a corner from the right from Corry Evans's delivery.
