Sports Mole rounds up some of the latest transfer rumours, including Tyler Adams to Bournemouth, Glen Kamara to Leeds United and Jonathan Tah to West Ham United.

Bournemouth have reportedly triggered the release clause of Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams.

Despite joining Leeds from RB Leipzig last summer, the USA international is widely expected to leave Elland Road following the club's relegation from the Premier League.

Adams recently travelled to London on Friday to discuss a potential move to Chelsea after Mauricio Pochettino's side activated the player's release clause.

However, the Blues subsequently pulled out of the deal, alerting other Premier League clubs to the 24-year-old's availability.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Bournemouth have agreed to meet the midfielder's release clause and are confident of completing the transfer.

Adams, who still has four years left to run on his contract, is understood to be open to joining the Cherries this summer.

Bournemouth are seemingly in pole position to sign the former Leipzig man, who has also been linked with a move to Liverpool.

With Leeds resigned to losing Adams, they have reportedly identified Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara as a potential replacement.

The departures of Marc Roca and Weston McKennie have also heightened the need for Leeds to strengthen in the middle of the park.

According to The Guardian, Leeds are looking to bring Kamara to Elland Road, with the midfielder expected to leave Rangers this summer.

The Finland international is under contract until May 2025, but he has been the subject of enquiries from various clubs over the course of the transfer window.

While Leeds have been credited with an interest, Rangers boss Michael Beale has indicated that no official approach has been made for the 27-year-old.

When asked about rumours linking Kamara with Leeds, Beale told reporters on Monday: "There's nothing in that one at this moment."

Since joining Rangers in 2019, Kamara has made a total of 193 competitive appearances, contributing nine goals and 11 assists.

Elsewhere, West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah.

After selling Declan Rice to Arsenal for £105m earlier this summer, the Hammers have started to step up their transfer business, recruiting Edson Alvarez and James Ward-Prowse from Ajax and Southampton respectively.

Harry Maguire looked set to become David Moyes's latest summer addition after West Ham reached an agreement with Man United over a £30m deal.

However, the Hammers have got tired of waiting for Maguire to agree to the transfer and are now focusing on alternative options.

According to The Guardian, West Ham are considering a move for Tah, who has two years left to run on his contract.

The 27-year-old was a regular fixture in the Leverkusen defence last season, featuring in 47 games across all competitions.

The Hammers are also being linked with a move for Tah's Leverkusen teammate Odilon Kossounou after previously showing an interest in the January transfer window.
