Leeds and Crystal Palace cannot be separated in the first half of their Championship fixture this afternoon.

Struggling Leeds United have gone into half-time of their Championship match against high-flying Crystal Palace all square at 0-0.

The hosts forced Julian Speroni into action early on as the Palace keeper needed to be alert to keep out Luciano Becchio's header.

Owen Garvan almost broke the deadlock for the visitors after 20 minutes when he found space to shoot, but Paddy Kenny was equal to his effort.

Kenny was called into action again 10 minutes later as he saved Jonathan Parr's strike before recovering in time to save Glenn Murray's rebound too.

A late penalty shout on Wilfried Zaha at the end of the half was waved away as the sides went into the break locked at 0-0.
