Team News: Keita Balde Diao leads Lazio attack

Keita Balde Diao starts up front for Lazio as the Biancocelesti welcome Palermo to the Stadio Olimpico.

Lazio have handed a start to Keita Balde Diao for their Serie A match against Palermo at the Stadio Olimpico this afternoon.

The 20-year-old is brought in to lead the attack, following their 2-0 defeat to city rivals Roma before the international break.

There are two other changes made by manager Stefano Pioli, as Wesley Hoedt and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic both make the starting lineup.

Meanwhile, Palermo are spearheaded by veteran striker Alberto Gilardino, who scored the winning goal in his side's 1-0 victory over Chievo two weeks ago.
