The former Tottenham Hotspur defender is surplus to requirements at the Italian club, and he will now spend the remainder of the season in Russia.
The 26-year-old was also loaned out last year, when he played for Fenerbahce.
Ziegler scored one goal in 24 games for Spurs during a three-year spell with the English club early in his career.
