Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri eyes two more signings

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri reveals that he is eager to sign two more players this summer.

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has revealed that he wants to sign two more players before the end of the transfer window.

The Italian champions have already added four new faces to their squad this summer, including Patrice Evra and Alvaro Morata.

However, Allegri is keen to boost his ranks further in the next two weeks.

"We need two more signings, but they have to be quality signings. We need a defender and a striker," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"It's useless to give names as acquisitions depend on who you can bring in and who is on the market. We have little time to act and we must choose carefully. We cannot afford to make any mistakes regarding these two signings."

Juventus start the defence of their Serie A title on August 30 when they make the trip to Chievo.
