Juventus are reportedly ready to bring in Mauricio Pochettino as their new head coach after failing to be convinced by Maurizio Sarri.
Pochettino has been linked with numerous top jobs since leaving his position as Tottenham Hotspur boss in November, five months after guiding the club to the Champions League final.
Italian outlet La Stampa claims that the 48-year-old is viewed as the top choice to succeed Sarri should he be sacked by Juventus at the end of the season.
Sarri is on course to win the Serie A title in his first season at the Allianz Stadium, but Juve have been far from dominant this term and have lost two domestic cup finals.
The same report indicates that club officials have already met with Pochettino's representatives and he is now awaiting further news as to Sarri's future.
Juve can open up an eight-point lead at the top of Serie A with victory over fourth-placed Lazio on Monday evening.
