Antonio Conte: 'Arturo Vidal has not yet reached his full potential'

Juventus manager Antonio Conte says that Arturo Vidal "must improve a lot", despite scoring a Champions League hat-trick in midweek.

Juventus manager Antonio Conte has praised midfielder Arturo Vidal for his recent goalscoring displays.

The Chilean scored a hat-trick for the club during their 3-1 win in the Champions League over Copenhagen, but his manager has insisted that he expects him to get even better.

"I liked the third goal as it came from an excellent infiltration into the area which we have practised in training," he told reporters.

"Vidal is always calm and collected when he shoots which is why I chose him three years ago. He has the cold-bloodedness of a great forward when he is near the goal but he can and must improve a lot.

"He has not yet reached his full potential."

Juventus currently lead the Serie A table.
