Half-Time Report: Sean Scannell puts Huddersfield Town ahead against Nottingham Forest

Huddersfield Town's Sean Scannell scores just before the break in their Championship match against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground this afternoon.

Sean Scannell has ensured Huddersfield Town go into the break a goal up against Nottingham Forest in their Championship match at the City Ground this afternoon.

James Vaughan came close to giving the visitors the lead, heading narrowly wide from Jacob Butterfield's cross.

Butterfield and Nakhi Wells both had attempts saved by Karl Darlow as Chris Powell's side continued to push.

Scannell gave the visitors the lead moments before half time, firing home from a tight angle after Butterfield put him through.

Forest failed to register a shot on target as the first half drew to a close.
