Gillingham striker Nathan Nyafli has retired from football at the age of 20 due to injury.
Nyafli had not featured for the League One side this season due to an ongoing hip problem, which has forced the forward into early retirement.
Gillingham's academy manager Darren Hare told the club's official website: "He has been a pleasure to work with, I have enjoyed coaching him from a young age and I would like to place on record my appreciation to him for everything he has done while at the football club."
Nyafli scored on his Gills debut on the final day of last season against Burton Albion.
