Everton manager David Moyes has claimed that the Toffees are unlikely to spend in next month's transfer window.
While the Scotsman has ruled out splashing out on new players, the 49-year-old has suggested that the club may complete a number of loan signings to strengthen the squad for the remainder of the campaign.
"We may well go into the loan market and see if we can find anything in that area," Moyes told the club's official website. "I think that would probably be the way we are looking."
The Merseyside outfit are currently sixth in the league table.
