Everton manager David Moyes has vowed to hold on to the club's top players when the transfer window reopens this summer.
Belgium international Marouane Fellaini is being targeted by Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain, while England defender Leighton Baines has been linked with Manchester United.
Moyes, who is seeking to strengthen his squad this summer, moved to assure fans that there will not be an exodus from Goodison Park at the end of the season.
"It will be important that we keep hold of our best players," the Daily Mail quotes the Scot as saying.
"We lost Mikel Arteta last year but I don't want to sell. So I'm not going out there as a salesman to try to sell them. We have had no contact from Chelsea [on Fellaini]."
Everton have recently been linked with Heerenveen striker Bas Dost, Le Havre forward Ryan Mendes and Bayern Munich's highly-rated youngster Dale Jennings.
