It has been confirmed that Everton will host National League side Boreham Wood in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

Everton will face Boreham Wood in the FA Cup fifth round.

The draw originally took place before the National League side had competed against Bournemouth in their fourth-round tie, but they were able to defeat the Cherries.

A goal from Mark Ricketts proved to be enough to separate the two with a 1-0 result, and they will now travel to Goodison Park in order to play the Toffees.

Everton defeated Brentford 4-1 on Saturday in an emphatic performance to mark Frank Lampard's first game in charge of the club, as he guided his team into the next stage of the competition.

The match will take place on March 2, with a place in the quarter-finals on the line.
