England midfielder Jordan Henderson could be a doubt for the Three Lions' opening Euro 2016 qualifier against Switzerland, according to a report.
The 24-year-old limped out his side's practice ahead of their clash in Basel with an apparent ankle injury and could now miss the showdown at St Jakob Park.
James Milner moved into Henderson's midfield role with Jack Wilshere during the rest of the practice and is now the favourite to replace the Liverpool man should he not be able to play, reports the Guardian.
Fabian Delph is also a candidate to play against the Swiss after making his England debut last week in Roy Hodgson's side's 1-0 win over Norway.
The Three Lions face Switzerland in their match-up later today.
