Empoli vs. Inter Milan (Wednesday, 5.30pm)

After an extraordinary Derby d'Italia draw last weekend, Inter Milan will aim to resume their winning ways against Empoli on Wednesday evening.
The reigning Serie A champions travel to Stadio Castellani having frittered away a two-goal lead against old foes Juventus, while their hosts saw a month-long winless run extended.
We say: Empoli 0-2 Inter Milan
Despite several impressive results on the road, Empoli have yet to win a Serie A home game this season, failing to even score in four attempts so far.
Ending that run against Inter will surely be beyond the Tuscan outfit, as the Italian champions have a point to prove after letting a big victory slip from their grasp at the weekend.

Venezia vs. Udinese (Wednesday, 5.30pm)

Serie A surprise package Udinese will seek their third win in four games on Wednesday evening, when they visit Venezia at Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo.
Victory last weekend kept the Friulani among several sides chasing league leaders Napoli, while Venezia's disappointing draw in Monza left them second-bottom of the standings.
We say: Venezia 1-1 Udinese
Although they were unable to hold on for a win at the weekend, Venezia did score twice in one game for just the second time this season, offering hope that they can start boosting a meagre goal tally.
As Udinese have only won once on the road so far, conceding nearly two goals per game, perhaps the Lagunari can hold out for a precious point.

Atalanta vs. Monza (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

Atalanta BC will aim for a fourth straight Serie A win on Wednesday, as they welcome local rivals Monza to Bergamo.
La Dea lashed six past Hellas Verona at the weekend, moving them further up the standings, while Monza bit back twice to secure a 2-2 home draw.
We say: Atalanta BC 3-1 Monza
One aberration aside - their 0-0 draw with Celtic - a voracious Atalanta side simply cannot stop scoring, averaging four goals per home game in Serie A.
Although Gian Piero Gasperini may choose midweek to make changes amid a hectic schedule, the hosts should still have too much firepower for their visitors to handle.

Juventus vs. Parma (Wednesday, 7.45pm)

After rescuing one point from a dramatic Derby d'Italia last weekend, Juventus will seek all three on Wednesday, when they welcome Parma to Turin.
Juve stole a share of the spoils in an eight-goal thriller with old foes Inter Milan, and now they aim to stay within reach of Serie A leaders Napoli.
We say: Juventus 2-0 Parma
Expect normal service to resume for Juventus, whose superb defensive record was disregarded by Inter last time out, as Parma lack a major goal threat.
At a venue where they generally hand over three points to their hosts, the visitors will not end their wait for a first away win of the season.
