Billy Sharp scores two goals in two minutes to give Doncaster a vital win against Leicester at the Keepmoat.

A quickfire double from Billy Sharp gave lowly Doncaster Rovers victory over Leicester City at the Keepmoat this afternoon.

The visitors appeared comfortable, having led at half time, but Sharp's brace gave Dean Saunders a welcome win.

David Nugent gave the Foxes a deserved lead by edging past two Rovers players before firing off the post.

Sharp scored his first in the 63rd minute by heading Marc-Antoine Fortune's cross through Kasper Schmeichel's legs before doubling his and Doncaster's total two minutes later.

The striker acrobatically volleyed home a deep cross to give the home side all three points.

Doncaster remain 23rd but are now two points from safety, while Nigel Pearson's Leicester drop to tenth.
